With a natural aptitude for engineering and design, Ardeny has been instrumental in completing structural designs on numerous new construction and adaptive reuse projects. He advises the firm’s supervisors and coordinates with consultant engineers through all phases of design and construction.

Ardeny performed the structural analysis and design for IS 323M. The project involved the conversion of a 1919 office building for use as a modern middle school. The school required a double height gymnatorium for which part of the existing floor slab was removed and the existing steel frame was replaced or reinforced. New 60 feet-long castellated beams were designed to create a column-free space. Ardeny's involvement in the project spanned from the initial existing conditions survey to shop drawing review and field inspection.

Reinforcing the firm’s multi-disciplined staff, Ardeny also holds a degree in Telecommunications Management and is the firm’s IT Manager. His duties as IT Manager include network management, data security & recovery, AutoCAD and BIM Management.

Ardeny earned his Bachelor's of Science in Telecommunication Management from NYIT and his Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering. He is a licensed Engineer in New York.
