Ciardullo Architecture & Engineering is currently in preliminary design of a mixed use development on Main Street in Hackensack, New Jersey.  The development will consist of 24 residential units on the top four floors of a five story building with street level retail. 

 

The design fills an irregularly shaped site with smart residences and unique retail spaces. Each apartment unit will have high ceilings, large windows, kitchen islands and private laundry.  Building amenities will include a resident roof top terrace and building concierge room.

This project, site and adjacent site development is part of the overall downtown revitalization of Hackensack.
